Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Serve as the senior leader of the Crown Properties Collection (CPC) sales team focused on the Las Vegas Sphere and tasked with securing category-specific official partners, promotional partners, as well as advertising on the Exosphere
• Manage the sales team to ensure Las Vegas Sphere’s priority inventory is successfully sold to exceed budget, including serving as sales lead for the highest profile partnerships and advertising buys
• When not the sales lead, assist sales team in development of presentations, delivery of pitches and negotiations
• Maintain existing C-Suite relationships and develop new ones; Serve as the corporate “face” of the Las Vegas Sphere to prospective partners ensuring a healthy bench of executive relationships at all times
• In conjunction with the Strategy team, lead the management and continued evolution of CPC’s CRM to effectively drive sponsorship sales, including having CRM as the centerpiece of all sales meetings to ensure appropriate progress and accountability
• In conjunction with the Strategy and Partner Solutions teams, lead the management and continued evolution of the key elements of the sales process – including development of prospecting tools, sales materials, proposals and contracts
• Contribute to a collaborative sales environment by working closely with all Sphere and Madison Square Garden to ensure sales efforts are aligned with strategic objectives
• Leverage hosting assets, specifically events at Sphere and Madison Square Garden, to develop new relationships and close deals
• Evolve with CPC as it grows its clientele base to support sales efforts for future clients
• Drive leads across the broader Oak View Group portfolio if/when appropriate
• Participate in and embrace team culture where wins are collective and not individual; Celebrate success
• Special projects or other duties as assigned

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 15 years’ experience, ideally with a focus on complex, high-investment sales that require C-Suite sign off
• Sales management experience required
• Other beneficial work experiences could include but are not limited to sports and/or live event marketing, brand management, corporate consulting or corporate affairs
• Proficient writing and dynamic public speaking / presentation abilities
• Belief in a data-driven approach to sales and experienced in CRM (preferably Salesforce)
