Position Summary :

As the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our food and beverage operations, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a story.

Your role is all about maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of Seed to Table.

Your positive vibe will trickle through every aspect of our operations, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests.

  • Train, mentor, and encourage your team to be guest service masters be the Sensei of guest service!
  • Create unforgettable, out-of-this-world guest experiences that make every visit a legendary adventure.
  • Champion servant leadership and empathetic engagement with both team members and guests.
  • Cultivate a fun and inclusive work environment where challenges are embraced and victories are celebrated.
  • Develop and implement best-in-the-universe guest service standards that leave everyone in awe.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback with grace, charm, and Senpai-level efficiency always with a smile.
  • Plan and pull off epic events that guests will be talking about for years.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations because we care about everyone's well-being.
  • Be the quality guru, ensuring every food and beverage offering is top-notch.

Qualifications :

  • Expert at maintaining a positive vibe in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in a food and beverage Supervisor or Management role.
  • Turbocharged leadership and interpersonal skills that make you the life of the party.
  • Must be proficient in English, with additional proficiency in Spanish being a plus.
  • Top-notch organizational and multitasking abilities you juggle tasks like a pro.
  • Savvy with health and safety regulations you keep everyone safe and sound.
  • Passionate about culinary excellence and delivering knockout customer service.
  • Flexible with hours nights and weekends are part of the fun.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that the company does not provide).
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.

Physical Requirements :

  • Physical Endurance : Ability to stand and / or walk for extended periods.
  • Strength and Agility : Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Adaptability to Environmental Conditions : Comfortable working in various temperatures.
  • Allergen Management : Proficient in handling diverse foods safely.
  • Utilization of Equipment : Experienced in using step-stools or ladders, helpful for tasks.
  • Physical Stability : Ability to maintain balance during tasks, especially important when going up and down stairs frequently.
  • Manual Dexterity : Efficient manipulation of items.
  • Clear Communication : Effective verbal instructions in busy settings.
  • Visual Acuity : Essential for inspecting, cleaning, safety, ambiance, guest experience, aesthetics.
  • Auditory Perception : Responsive in noisy environments.
