Role Overview:

As an Account Executive at Oakland Creek, you'll play a pivotal role in the first half of the sales process, focusing on client engagement and lead management. Your primary responsibility will be to understand and assess the needs of potential clients, crafting personalized solutions that match them with their ideal apartment. Unlike our previous model, this position will rarely involve touring clients but will require a strong focus on sales strategy, client communication, and relationship building.

What You Will Do:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, using this information to identify suitable apartment listings.
  • Foster strong relationships through effective communication, utilizing phone calls, emails, and text messaging.
  • Work collaboratively with our marketing and operations teams to leverage our pre-qualified leads, ensuring a smooth transition from lead to client.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals, focusing on achieving and exceeding performance targets.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the entire process, from initial contact to follow-up after lease signing.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the real estate sector.
