Salary range: $125,000 - $135,000

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the operations of the active living community, ensuring a safe, luxurious and enriching living space to tenants 55 . The General Manager leads all aspects of the business, supervising and leading team members, and building positive civic relationships in the surrounding community to drive occupancy.
Specific expertise in relationship building with residents; outside entities such as the City or County and its departments, Fire Authority, local Police Department, Water District, local utility companies is key. The role serves as a single point of contact in the community, and has the sole duty of the day-to-day operations, legal compliance and overall oversight of the association and staff.
Qualifications:
- Prefer 3-5 years of leadership experience, ability to successfully build and lead teams, engage with senior prospects and residents, and proven business-building experience a must.
- Able to be flexible, adapt and respond to change, make decisions in stressful situations, and prioritize tasks and projects.
