Marketing specialist

We are seeking an innovative marketing manager to promote our company's brand and services. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, as well as spearheading our lead-generation efforts through dynamic and strategic social media campaigns.

To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events.

You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities :

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.

Oversee the creation of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency

Increase brand awareness and market share

Create and execute successful marketing campaigns

Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers,

Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.

Manage and allocate marketing budget effectively

Stay up-to-date with industry and best practices

Create content, including text posts, video, and images for use on social media adjusting strategies to optimize lead generation and enhance brand visibility.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize lead generation

Stay ahead of social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize effectiveness

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' of marketing experience
• BS / BA in Marketing or a related field of study

While a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, we value experience and passion above all else.
