OASYS, INC., a Leading-Edge Government contractor in Huntsville Alabama, is seeking applicants for a Program Analyst to support our Naval customer on Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD. The opportunity utilizes a hybrid work schedule, including 2 days per week onsite. This position is also eligible for a Compressed Work Schedule.
Job Responsibilities include: The successful candidate will provide critical support for various aircraft acquisition and product programs at Patuxent Naval Air Station, MD. This position requires a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with at least three years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis disciplines, performing the functional duties specified below. The Program Analyst will play a key role in monitoring program requirements, budgets, schedules, and performance against plans to ensure successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Analyzing program requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
- Participating as a member of and/or supporting the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and IPT-directed business meetings.
- Collecting, organizing, and interpreting technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
- Tracking program/project status and schedules using scheduling tools.
- Applying policies and procedures for financial planning and reporting.
- Participating in Risk Management and deliverable management activities.
- Assisting in planning, manning, executing, and contract duties to maintain cost, schedule, and performance.
Requirements:
- At least three (3) years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis disciplines, performing the functional duties described above. Experience with Naval Air Systems Command preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite of tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks.
Required Education: Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or other STEM disciplines however, years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
Eligibility: Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. An active Secret Clearance is highly desired, and a Top-Secret Clearance is preferred.
