Shift Leader
Salary Range: Starting at $14.00 /hr depending on experience, with potential to earn up to $3.00 more per hour with our Performance Rewards Program
Hiring Bonus: $150 bonus at 45 days worked and 90 days worked.
Work Hours: 3-5 days per week

Our Shift Leaders Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Manager and Assistant Manager in supervision of employees in every phase of product preparation and customer service.
- Know all functions of the store and be able to step in and perform any of the job duties
- Perform opening and closing duties based on schedule
- Exceed customer expectations
- Assist Manager and Assistant Manager in handling of monies and back deposits in a safe and responsible manner.
- Physical Requirements: Bend, stoop, and reach to receive inventory, stock, serve customers, and clean store. Carry up to 50 Ibs.
