Broker Manager-Seeking existing or to grown one-we help recruit.

• PAY A FLAT FEE OF $1995 AND DO AS MANY LOANS AS YOU WANT
• We set up your branch with a business checking account, for payroll bills and other compensation. You receive all broker checks including the front points on mini corr. deals.
• Receive funds directly to your business account via wire or checks from title companies.
• Set up margins and locks through your won LoanSifter, setting you margins to your needs.
• State of the art software LOS (LendingPad) restricts what your loan officers can and can’t see.
• Do loans in 40 states for free.
• Work with over 100 lenders and Vendors.
• Const/Perm, 203K, Manufactured, Reverse, DPA Programs
• DBA’s so you continue to use your existing company name.
• 1099 for certain states
• Compensation as high as 4%, unheard of in the industry.
• Mini-corr deals. 20% flat Fee for REVERSE Mtg. YSP is not disclosed. This is Crazy

Loan Officer-Broker-Correspondent

• Work with over 100 approved lenders with every lender in industry.
• Flat fee of $1295 per file-You make the full Compensation of 2.75%
• Payout within 72 after file is received.
• 203K-DPA-Construction to Perm, Doctor Loans, Non-QM
• 80% on mini corr and reverse mortgages.
• 1099 or W2
• Mini Corr deals paid on Front Points right away.
• Work from home is ok.

Work On the Mini Corr Line

• Approved for Mini-Corp FHA/VA/CONV/NON-QM Thats right FHA
• Your keep 100% of the front and back end points
• We only charge 20% of total fees.
• Charge your borrower processing fees
• Use your corp bank account.

Requirements

• Must be NMLS approved
• Closing at least 2 loans
• High School Diploma
• NO COAT HANGER ALLOWED
