Business Development Representative

Ocean City Development is the largest fix and flip company in New England(we do the stuff that you see on HGTV).

In order to buy homes, our outside sales team goes on over 100 face to face seller appointments per week.

Many of these sellers aren't ready to sell just yet, and we are hiring for a business development representative to maintain those relationships until the sellers are ready to sell(3-12 months later) - and get our outside sales reps back out with the sellers when they are ready.

This is a mainly inside sales role - you'll be talking to sellers on the phone and from time to time meeting them in person in the field.

The right candidate for this position is someone that eventually wants to be an outside sales rep and is willing to learn our sales process from the inside out - and will eventually can earn the opportunity to be an outside sales rep(where the pay jumps to 150-200k per year).

We are looking for hungry and motivated individuals who have a passion for real estate.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
