JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
- Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
- Serves as a leader for employees while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation, and open communication.
- Acts as a role model and coaches while developing employees using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating expectations.
- Responsible for supervision and training of staff.
- Responsible for assigned outlet kitchen operations.
- Ensures proper preparation and presentation of all menu items.
- Ensures total customer satisfaction through fast, accurate, and efficient operations.
- Promotes trust and honesty amongst the team.
- Four (4) years of culinary experience in food service production operations.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming establishment employees.
