Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
Pull and test product not fulfilling quality standards. Document quality activities to provide a record of quality compliance efforts.
Train manufacturing personnel in the quality / food safety system and related quality procedures, responding to food safety / quality related issues and providing technical assistance as needed.
Advise manufacturing personnel on proper product sampling techniques.
Administer finished goods and raw material quality holds to ensure that quality / food safety problems are investigated and effectively dealt with.
Perform troubleshooting and problem solving relating to quality / food safety parameter issues. Release raw materials for use in production process or release products for shipment when all quality requirements have been met.
