Education and Experience:

· High School Diploma or GED (required)

· 1 year experience in reception of a veterinary clinic or medical office (preferred)

Duties:

· Answer telephones

· Schedule appointments

· Maintain account records on a computer

· Invoice and complete sales

· Financial responsibilities

· Assist in maintaining clinic cleanliness

Requirements

· Strong customer service skills

· Technical competence for learning new computer software/functions

· Ability to maintain composure and professionalism while working in a busy environment

· Ability to work independently within a large team dynamic

· Ability to withstand physical demands of frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 35 pounds)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
