What we’re looking for:
We're seeking an experienced executive to add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing the sales, account mgmt, onboarding, marketing departments, and setting pricing structure for the company.. In addition you will have responsibility for the customer success team. You will provide strategic advice to upper management. The ideal candidate will also be a creative strategist with excellent organizational abilities. The goal is to promote and expand the company's sales and marketing activity that will generate revenues and lead to sustainable growth across all Odeko business activities.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Develop and implement growth strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
- Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
- Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
- Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.)
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
- Monitor performance activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
- Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
- Develop a multi tiered pricing structure to support the partners we support.
- Manage a cross functional team of leaders globally to achieve company objectives.
About you:
- Proven experience as a SVP or senior-level executive or other relevant roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling team in high growth stage
- Experience managing a high number of team members
- Proven experience in global sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
- Prior experience in revenue and pricing management
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and emotional intelligence
- BSc/BA in business administration, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
