Broadcast Engineer - WOARior
The Broadcast Engineer role is dedicated to supporting production/broadcast staff, systems, and workflows. This role performs advanced audio and video troubleshooting in a studio environment and requires extensive knowledge of switchers, audio boards, post-production, ingest, playback, and transmission systems. This position works closely with the Live Production, Broadcast Production Management, and the Technical Operations teams to support both on-site and remote event productions. We are currently seeking engineering talent experienced with studio, transmission, and IP workflows ready to push the technical boundaries of traditional sports and broadcasting to captivate and inspire esports fans worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Support production/broadcast staff, systems, and workflows
- Work with creative teams to identify problem areas and pose technical solutions
- Perform advanced troubleshooting in a PC and Mac-based work environment with a variety of 3rd party applications
- Meter, measure, and manipulate audio, video, and control signals using broadcast instruments and measurement tools to ensure desired outcome
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair broadcast/production hardware, systems, and servers
- Develop, distribute and update documentation for broadcast workflows and processes
- Work varied schedules, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
Salary : $50 - $65
