We are currently looking for a Bilingual Marketing Specialist to join our growing team, who will
be responsible for leading marketing in campaign development, partnership growth, effectively
maximizing ROI, etc. The ideal candidate is passionate about redefining content through
innovation, unconventional thinking, and embracing fun!
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute content marketing plans that extends our ability to deliver new
content to audience - Discover the top event trends in media and entertainment industry, choose a list of
programs that best fit for the trends, and plan a promotional content marketing to boost
user engagement - Collaborate with the design and content teams on the development of content marketing
strategy and branding messages - Recap and create debriefs for every completed marketing project and facilitate
discussions on lessons learned with proactive insights - Upload marketing banners through content management system
- Perform as a trafficker responsible for managing the day-to-day settings in Google Ad
Manager - Stay abreast of entertainment, pop culture, and digital media trends
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High level of proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Deep content knowledge of and passion for Korean content, including current trends in Korean entertainment
- Ability to work in a team environment to implement multi-faceted campaigns
- Strong organization skills with superior attention to detail
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ad Manager is plus
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of experience in a marketing-related role
- Bilingual in English and Korean
- Ability to work on-site in Fullerton office
