Our team is extremely collaborative, and we work with OOH vendors across North America to deliver the best placements and rates for our clients. ODN manages Outdoor Advertising, Experiential Marketing, DOT, and large format printing for a variety of agencies and advertisers.
 
Position Summary:
 
We are looking to expand our already awesome team as a Senior Sales Leader and deliver the exceptional results our clients have come to expect. We are fast-paced, upbeat, and responsible for simplifying client’s out of home challenges and eager to grow into a sales leadership role.

If you are passionate about selling, have a deep knowledge of advertising principles and products, and possess excellent presentation and closing skills - then we would love to talk to you!
 
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • 5 years’ experience in the advertising industry.
  • 4-year degree preferred.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Demonstrated record of success in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Strong expertise in planning, communicating, organizing, and developing customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, possessing leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop a strategic sales plan.
  • Proficient in prospecting high potential accounts and setting up appointments with key decision-makers.
  • Ability to present a Marketing plan that addresses client objectives and reaches the target audience on a regional and national level.
  • Effectively be able to overcome client objections and articulate the value of recommended solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical ability are essential.
  • Approximately 35% Travel within the US.
  • Able to work in a Hybrid or Remote setting.
