Odyssey Entertainment, Inc is a regional movie theatre operator based out of Minnesota and operates in WI, SD, ND, IA, and MN. The Great Lakes Cinema 7 Theatre is an 7 plex theatre with a staff up to 15 in Okoboji, Iowa. Our goal is to Operate first rate movie theatres in all markets we operate in.

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising or managing teams, setting and achieving goals.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the business, including operations, customer service, personnel management, and basic marketing. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically.
Responsibilities:
- Help to Manage and oversee daily operations of the business.
- Assist in leading, motivating, and developing staff.
- Help ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Help to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency in operations.
Job Type: Part-time
