About the Position Duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Define PO Management product, deliver roadmap and oversee all new changes and product design
- Collaborate with several parties including clients, suppliers, and internal organizations.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of situations so that current processes can be modeled and solutions developed.
- Think critically to and communicate effectively to extract information and understand it.
- Present solutions in an easy to understand way to customers and stakeholders.
- Work with customers to configure their supply chain planning processes on the Log-Net platform.
- Prepare presentation materials and provide demos in an efficient and effective manner to clients and key internal stakeholders.
- Lead and prioritize customer requests and internal business need sto streamline processes and provide customer value.
- Provide after go-live support and be a point of contact for handling complex issues and requests.
- Apply analytical skills to develop performance metrics to measure success and identify new opportunities to explore automation and develop performance metrics to improve customer KPIs via data analytics.
Work Schedule
- New York Office 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to handle large data sets and glean information from data
- Passion for quality and continuous improvement of processes
- Understanding of mathematical modeling to solve supply chain planning problems
Education & Experience
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in supply chain, computer science or business focus preferred
- EDI, IT and PO system knowledge and/or experience highly preferred
- Project management skills highly preferred
Salary
$65,000-75,000 annually based on education and experience level.
