Project Coordinator

 

Office Environment Company (OEC) is a leading contract furniture and architectural building supply company. OEC is based in Boise, ID and has been a market leader for the past 30 years.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Quoting
  1. Become an expert in product knowledge with our top manufacturers
  2. Assemble quotes in our software system for sales
  3. Provide support for all walk-in traffic by making sales recommendations
  4. Work with sales and design team on getting accurate quotes to clients as quickly as possible
  5. Support sales team in product research and assembling presentations and proposals
  6. Process orders and coordinate deliveries and billing

 

  1. Administrative
    1. Timely respond to phone calls (same day) & emails (within 24 hours) from clients and colleagues
    2. Become an expert in our software system for quoting and ordering
    3. Join first group on incoming phone calls
    4. Handle manufacturer recall notices
    5. Convert service orders to delivery tickets
    6. Invoice service tickets

 

  1. Customer interaction
    1. Inform customers of ETAs
    2. Greet walk-in customers
    3. Hand off projects from sales to operations

 

  1. Track Service KPIs
    1. Make weekly calls to customers
    2. Record feedback in service tracking system
