Duties
- Supervise and support team members in their daily tasks
- Assist with training development for new hires
- Manage inventory and stock levels to meet customer demands
- Conduct interviews for potential team members
- Ensure retail management procedures are followed effectively
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
- Maintain administrative tasks efficiently
- Implement effective inventory management practices
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with customers
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or team management is preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
