Primary Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives in the retail office equipment sector.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, while ensuring excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective promotional campaigns and attract potential customers.
- Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and product expansion.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key retail partners and distributors to enhance sales reach.
- Conduct regular sales performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance the team's capabilities.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management review.
- Stay updated with the latest industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand.

- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years of sales management experience required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools
- Proficiency in MS Office products required
- 2 or more years of business to business selling experience (office product industry preferred)
- Knowledge of networking and solutions is valued
