Sales Manager

Are you a passionate sales professional with a strong background in the retail industry and a knack for driving revenue growth? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our retail office equipment sales team and contribute to our continued success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives in the retail office equipment sector.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, while ensuring excellent customer service
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective promotional campaigns and attract potential customers.
• Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and product expansion.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key retail partners and distributors to enhance sales reach.
• Conduct regular sales performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance the team's capabilities.
• Monitor sales metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management review.
• Stay updated with the latest industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand.

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5 years of sales management experience required
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and partners
• Industry experience preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools
• Proficiency in MS Office products required
• 2 or more years of business to business selling experience (office product industry preferred)
• Knowledge of networking and solutions is valued
