Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cybersecurity programs, ensuring best practices and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance cybersecurity measures and strengthen technology infrastructure.
• Oversee the delivery of complex projects, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and motivating team members.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity and general technology management.
• Strong knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and CIS Critical Controls, with proven experience applying these frameworks in the public sector.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
• Expertise in strategic planning, with a focus on cybersecurity and technology solutions.
