Comcast’s Consumer Research & Insights team provides research support and market research insights across Comcast’s divisions and product lines. The Consumer Research & Insights team executes quantitative and qualitative market research projects to support the organization in making informed decisions based on insightful market research data.
The Consumer Research & Insights team is seeking a Market Research Operations Analyst on a full-time basis to support various market research activities. This role provides a great opportunity for a dynamic individual to become part of a diverse, high-performing team in a large organization and be exposed to a range of cutting edge market research methodologies and the research operations mechanism that drives it.

This is a full time remote position working EST hours.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of research projectsMonitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines
Engage with external vendors for research support services
Negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors
Monitor vendor performance and ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs
Managing procurement of research studies
Working with legal and compliance teams to ensure projects are scoped correctly
Sourcing and managing vendors
Conduct comprehensive analysis and reporting, including weekly stakeholder updates, to provide actionable insights to clients
Handling internal communications with all relevant teams, pulling in the right support and generally ensuring project success
Develop and manage budgets for market research projects
Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising research quality
Ensure that all research activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards
Identify and research new research methods, platforms, and services for applicability to organization
Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Marketing, Management, Law, Computer Science or a related field2-4 years of relevant experience in Market Research and/or Operations
