What are the responsibilities and job description for the Handyman Services position at OGIWA INC?
Position is paid bi-weekly per completed work order
Must be able to complete the following:
-Board Ups
-Lock Changes & Lock Boxes
-Safety Hazard Abatement
-Minor Repairs (i.e. Gutter Repair/Replacement, Handrail/Replacement, Window Re-glaze/Replacement, etc.)
-Major Repairs (i.e. Discoloration Remediation, Siding Repair & Replacement, Full Demolition, etc)
-Eviction Services
-Roof Repair, Replacement & Tarps
-Winterizations
-Prepare Bids & Reports
-Inspections
We are looking to start contractors ASAP due to an increase in work. In order to receive work from us, you must have your own vehicle, tools, equipment & smartphone, etc.
- Will be needed to photograph all before, during and after work.
- Will be needed to be experienced with using a smartphone. (Google Photos App experience is a plus.)
Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel and have reliable source of transportation and valid drivers license, valid Insurance.
- Must have experience in construction (clean outs, lawn care, flooring, sheet-rock, painting, flooring carpentry, and minor electric/ plumbing/ HVAC).
- Must have effective English skills in speaking and writing.
- Must be able to start immediately if hired.
