GENERAL SUMMARY:
The APAC Account Manager will proactively manage and enhance the Medical business with our existing APAC distributor networks and develop business with new distributor networks. This position will increase sales opportunities by upselling and cross-selling to our current and newly established distributor accounts. You will own the order process from start to finish: quoting, order entry, shipping, and communication with distributor sales teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but not limited to):
- Act as the lead contact for distributors and existing accounts. Proactively manage and enhance APAC business.
- Conduct video conferences to discuss businesses which could include product knowledge training with distributors.
- Manage agreements and create sales plans for each distributor.
- Contact distributors to assess needs. Receive requests for price quotations, part identification, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations.
- Create and enter sales quotes using in-house resources.
- Adhere to pricing guidelines by product type and customer type.
- Use SalesForce to track orders and manage sales funnel (weekly, monthly, and annually).
- Monitor production builds of orders and manages questions/issues as they arise.
- Adhere to country regulatory requirements with RAQA and distributors.
- Follow up on inquiries by checking Epicor's computer system for delivery information. Work closely with Ohio Medical’s Shipping Department regarding deliveries of scheduled shipments.
- Works with Accounts Receivable concerning credit status of the customer for product release
- Maintain files of active orders and posts activity such as policy requirements, change notices, scheduling changes, partial shipments, and credit changes.
- Coordinate and process RMA’s as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION (Professional Experience):
- 3 - 4 years’ Account management and/or Customer Service experience.
- Medical Device industry preferred.
- Technical device experience preferred.
- Managing Letters of Credit experience would be a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelors’ Degree preferred.
- Must live in the US.

- Proven account management, sales experience.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentations skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Technical aptitude – Blueprints.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS (Internal):
- Reports directly to Director, International Sales.
- Direct Reports include: None.
