Responsibilities include:Provides comprehensive support for the execution of recruiting and hiring operations, with a sharp focus on customer serviceSupports the execution of offers, pre-boarding and onboarding of campus undergraduate student hiresAssists with coordinating interviews and recruiting eventsResponds to emails from both internal and external customersCommunicates with key stakeholders throughout the recruiting and hiring processMinimum Education RequiredHigh School diploma or GEDRequired QualificationsPrefer Students with a focused interest in Human Resources. Must have demonstrated experience in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Additional Desired QualificationsExcellent customer service and professional communication skills; efficiency and organization with the ability to prioritize work/tasks. Experience with high volume HR-related processing, and familiarity with Workday and DocuSign are highly desired.Additional Information:The Targeted Hiring salary for this position is $10.80 an hour.This is a summer position only and will end on or before September 15, 2023.Location:Gateway C (0863)Position Type:Temporary (Fixed Term)Scheduled Hours:15Shift:First ShiftFinal candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check.  A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.Thank you for your interest in positions at The Ohio State University and Wexner Medical Center.
