Ohio Truck Sales is seeking a Contract Accounting & Finance Recruiter to build a "state of the art" accounting team. Candidate must have experience placing CFO's, Accounting Managers & Inventory Control Specialists. Contract length is expected to be 5 to 6 months.
The Executive Recruiter will lead the sourcing and screening interview process for our accounting roles. You’ll also coordinate interviews with the HR Manager and assist in other areas of People Operations as needed.
You’ll be results-driven, highly motivated, and require little oversight to produce results. You’ll thrive in a fast -paced, frequently evolving environment and maintain a high level of integrity in all areas.
What You'll Do
- Candidate must have experience and abilities placing CFO's, Finance Directors, Accounting Managers and Inventory Control Specialists
- Focus on sourcing excellent candidates for our accounting team
- Screen candidate qualifications and culture fit
- Actively review and shortlist candidates, even for inactive or future roles
- Source and recruit candidates or internal, full time positions as well as freelancer positions across multiple job sites
- Use various tools such as LinkedIn Recruiting, really, Upwork and others to find ideal candidates and manage job postings
- Interview first round candidates and forward eligible candidates onto hiring managers for second round interviews
- Represent the company and communicate the employer brand to prospective employees, and consistently provide a high level of customer service
- Draft job posts with relevant keywords to attract candidates
- Provide assistance with other administrative tasks as needed
What You’ll Bring
- 2 years of experience in recruiting for finance and accounting roles
- A background in other roles within finance and accounting is a plus but not required
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or related field, or equivalent experience
- The ability to work Monday-Friday PST business hours
- Proficiency with Google Suite, particularly sheets and docs
- Multi-platform sourcing experience
- Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines
- Strong decision making, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Superb communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders across multiple departments
Compensation
- $50-$60 / hour
- $10,000 / month
