Location: Perrysburg, OH

As an Intake Nurse with Ohioans Home Health & Hospice, your role is to create a foundation for successful patient outcomes by utilizing your strong clinical knowledge and excellent patient communication skills. You will be part of a caring team that is responsible for education within the intake team while clinically guiding patients as they transition home. Successful candidates should have exceptional phone etiquette, the ability to multitask, and possess a positive team work mentality.

Requirements

This position is an in-office position located at our corporate office in Perrysburg, OH
Current state licensure as an RN/LPN
This is a 12-hour panama schedule
Demonstrated ability to work independently or in a team environment
Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills
Capability to accurately manage detailed information
Ability to deal tactfully with customers and the community
Knowledge of corporate business management, governmental regulations, CHAP standards, and private payer practices
Strong communication and good customer relation skills are required as well as being able to multi-task.
This position requires to be on the phone a majority of the day therefore excellent phone etiquette is a must.
Must be able to type 100 WPM
