- Location: 200 Stevens Drive, Philadelphia PA 19113
- Work Mode: Remote
- Provide real-time support to pharmacies with point-of-service inquiries.
- Educate prescribers on formulary and prior authorization processes.
- Enter customer data into documentation tools and assist with pharmacy benefit inquiries.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure accurate and efficient contact handling.
- Effectively communicate resolutions to customers and internal staff.
- 3-5 years of recent experience in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) or pharmacy.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB, NCCT, or ExCpt) preferred.
- Strong customer support and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in real-time communication and telephone support.
