Position Summary
- As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, process, providing timely communication and updates.

- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
Skills And Certifications
- SAP Business processing system experience (preferred)
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Candidate Details
- 5 to 7 years experience
- Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree
- Willingness to Travel - Never
