Emergency Services Director Needed!

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Services Director to join our Hospital's team in Tallahassee, FL. Great leadership and support staff in place, very well-run organization. The unit is known for having a great culture amongst staff and a team-oriented environment. Great opportunity to make an impact while being properly supported!

• $135k-$168k, depending on experience
• Full-time, main campus FSEDs
• Admin director will be part of Senior Team – responsible to mentor and develop main director and his 2 managers

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing - Bachelor's Degree of Nursing required
• Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration required
• Active Florida State RN license required
• Minimum 3 years experience in Emergency Services required
• Minimum 5 years experience in leadership role required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required
• CEN TNCC certifications preferred
