We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Director to join our Hospital's team in Lawton, OK. Great leadership and support staff in place, very well-run organization. The unit is known for having a great culture amongst staff and a team-oriented environment. Great opportunity to make an impact while being properly supported!
- $84.9k-$125k, depending on experience
- Full-time

Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing - Bachelor's Degree of Nursing required
- Active Oklahoma State or Multi-State RN License required
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as Behavioral Health Director or Manager required
- Expertise with survey processes in an inpatient psychiatric setting required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within first week of hire, MAB required within 30 days of hire
