Director of Emergency Services Needed!
We are seeking a Director of Emergency Services to oversee our 5 Freestanding ED's in the Boerne, TX area. Our ER team is known for having a great culture amongst staff and true team-oriented environment across our FSED's. The position will report directly to the VP of Emergency Services and have around 80 FTE's.
- $97K - $140K depending on experience
- Potential relocation assistance available

- FSED's: Boerne (15 beds), Westover (11 beds), Legacy (7 beds), Helotes (7 beds), and Dezavala (9 beds)
Requirements
- 3 years of Emergency Services experience REQUIRED
- 3 years of Hospital Leadership experience REQUIRED
- Active TX- RN License (or willing to obtain if relocating)
- BSN required, MSN preferred
- BLS, ACLS
