- We are seeking a Commercial Sales Efficiency Trainer (Digital Power) to join our dynamic team, focusing on training both internal and external sales organizations in the intricacies of power metering, power automation, and power quality products. The role involves imparting comprehensive knowledge of connected hardware IoT products, software, and contract services as well as understanding how to leverage digital sales tools to drive sales performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs for internal and external sales teams:
- Power management offers, solutions, and services.
- Commercial acumen and skill sets.
- Commercial enablement and tools
- Collaborate with product management, marketing teams, and across business units to ensure training content aligns with product roadmaps and market positioning, and to reach a wide audience in collaboration with other channels to market.
- Assess training needs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, videos, and e-learning modules, to support ongoing learning initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on sales performance, providing recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital tools, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to tailor training content accordingly.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, or related discipline).
- Proven experience in sales training, preferably within the power solutions industry.
- In-depth knowledge of power metering, power automation, and power quality products, including connected hardware IoT solutions, software applications, and service offerings.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning tools is a plus.
