What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1st shift Line 1 B-Team general production position at OK Foods?

1st Shift – Further Processing – General Production
Shift Time: 6:00am – 7:00pm 3 Days per Week
Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour

As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality food products. You will set up and tear down workstations on the production line; arrange, sort and grade materials on the belt. You will also make, pack, weigh and label boxes while maintaining a safe and sanitary work area. Production workers are required to stand and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. This is a safety sensitive position.
We offer competitive wages with a starting rate based on your previous experience. Entry-level team members receive pay increases at 30- and 90-days. Team members are eligible each week for the attendance incentive bonus rewarding perfect attendance. We also offer a referral bonus program and a 30-day job shadowing and mentorship program.
