We have a variety of services which help CPG clients engage consumers through graphic design and execution. Our services begin in conceptual brand strategy and design, then flow through adaptive design all the way to the production of color accurate and regulatory/retailer compliant physical and digital touch points. We are composed of three separate branded business units (Coach House, Amplify and Phototype) where we Design, Optimize and Protect brands. There are over 400 of us across the US, Europe and Asia. We are looking for a driven and passionate professional to raise the bar and join our Creative Team as a Brand Leader. The Brand Leader will work with teams to support our clients in helping to market the brands they produce, and consumers have come to love. The right candidate must be able to manage projects and build strong relationships with clients for some of America’s favorite CPG brands.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Demonstrate mastery of project management skills in creating, monitoring and tracking projects
- Possess passion for client service while ensuring highest quality products/services
- Build strong relationships with the day-to-day client contact and internal teams
- Strong understanding of brand design principles
- Create estimates and processing billing to our finance department
- Collaborate with design team and production team in creative development
- Seek out and identify areas for process improvement
Qualifications Include:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a client service role in a branding or creative agency
- Concise written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient level in Microsoft Office software
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Demonstrate understanding of packaging design industry, client’s business, and competitive landscape
- BS or BA in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or similar degree preferred
