Responsible for end-user PC/Printer/Network/Mobile hardware and software support including user interface to file servers, e-mail, folder shares, etc. Ensure confidentiality and reliability of corporate data, proprietary information, and intellectual property. S/he will accept and display the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide day-to-day user support through remote and onsite support emphasizing timely service and satisfaction: computer troubleshooting, password resets, file shares, internet issues, email, printer installs, malware/virus removal, sites down, WiFi issues, etc. Develop and implement solutions with knowledge of prioritization. Document and track through timely completion in the Ticketing System.
- Provide support for PC hardware & software maintenance/failures to ensure fully functional and reliable systems. Work with third party support and vendors.
- Apply techniques to protect data through physical security, anti-virus methods, and data backup and recovery for individual PC’s.
- Maintain inventory of computer equipment and parts, keep server room orderly and labeled.
- Maintain HD Meeting Accounts.
- Monitor industry developments and trends in PC’s, networking and communications hardware and software.
- Assist Director of IT, PC Network Administrator and CIO as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
