The Program Manager of the Taunton Family Resource Center (FRC) is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of FRC programs. The Program Manager will ensure coordination with the FRC's Network Service providers and for managing other external community relations and monitoring of community needs. He/She is responsible for the hiring and training of professional staff to reflect the mission of the OCY/FRC. The Program Manager is responsible to fulfill all OCY policies, practices, and procedures in a timely, thorough, and professional manner. The Program Manager will demonstrate character values of caring, respect, honesty, and responsibility at all time.
