Old Dutch Inn, located in the Village of Kinderhook, is a luxury boutique lodging venue. We aim to provide an unparalleled level of hospitality where guests feel like they have a personal concierge throughout their stay. Job Description:

You will be responsible for executing a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

· Greeting and checking guests in/out

· Printing reports

· Booking reservations and processing cancellations

· Answer public telephone and 24/7 Guest Services number

· Cleaning rooms and public spaces

· Stocking guest amenities

· Giving property tours

· Assist with itinerary arrangements

· Relay hotel and local history and accommodation offerings

· Familiarize with and follow all hotel emergency procedures

· Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager

Hospitality Associates are very public-facing and must be social, and professional, enjoy engaging with guests, have the attitude that no job is too small to do (or too big), and have a keen eye for details. As Old Dutch Inn is a new business, the Hospitality Associate must be able to execute existing systems but also be flexible enough to adjust to changes in workflow as we perfect our efficiency. At times the hustle is exhausting and other times incredibly slow. We are a guest-centric organization and our hospitality standard requires going above and beyond, always.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
