OLD NATCHEZ COUNTRY CLUB has one of the best, busiest and safest pools in Nashville! We are recruiting a Head Lifeguard for our Summer 2022 season.
The Right Candidate Has:
- Current Lifeguard and Lifesaving Certifications
- A minimum of 3 years experience lifeguarding in a busy pool environment.
- The maturity, confidence and communication skills to actively supervise a guard staff of 20 total guards, with as many as 6 on duty at time.
- An understanding that Pools have to be made safe and kept safe by acting to prevent dangerous not waiting to react to them.
- The schedule flexibility to work weekends, holidays, mornings and evenings.
