Position Overview
This position is responsible for supporting the overall daily operation and balancing of all Old Second National Bank ATM's and for handling customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, according to Bank policies and procedures.
Essential Job Functions
- Balance the withdrawals and deposits for all OSNB ATMS, entering necessary customer and Network adjustments into the daily settlement worksheet.
- Process all returned checks deposited at ATM's and post necessary customer entries and process Network adjustments.
- Add new Debit cards into the Passport database and process Card Order File(s).
- Process Instant Issue Debit Cards.
- Perform requested Maintenance on existing Cards including canceling Lost/Stolen Cards, PIN Resets, Limit Increases and Address/Name Changes.
- Remove closed accounts from the Passport and JHA-CPS systems.
- Balance the daily settlement received from JHA-CPS to the Passport system; posting income and expense entries.
- Determine outages, researching and resolving all dropped and multi-posted transactions.
- Process Reg E disputes determining most effective Return Reason Codes and gathering support for successful dispute resolution.
- Open/distribute all incoming department mail.
- Handle Debit Card related customer inquiries.
- Maintain gift card inventory, distribute to branches as needed.
- Process orders for Payroll cards.
Requirements
High School diploma (or equivalent), and two or more years of prior cash handling, or ATM balancing experience.
