We are inside of an event center so occasionally have to serve at special events as needed.

**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Tasting Room Manager to oversee the operations and customer service within our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a background in the wine or beverage industry and possess excellent customer service skills.
**Duties:**
- Manage daily operations of the shop and guest area, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
- Supervise and train staff on service standards and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the tasting room area
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
**Skills:**
- Experience in food handling, restaurant, bartending, banquet, food preparation, or related fields
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of catering, hospitality, and food service industry practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
