The Opportunity:

We're seeking a Corporate Sales and Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead sales initiatives and cultivate relationships with retailers across the country. This is a chance to join a team of seasoned pros selling the world's best Christmas ornaments!

What You'll Do:

• Lead Sales Initiatives: Engage in outbound calls and email outreach to retailers nationwide, persuading them to carry our unique line of ornaments.
• Craft Persuasive Communications: Develop compelling emails to encourage retailers to stock our products, showcasing their value and appeal.
• Manage Leads: Take ownership of lead lists, identifying potential opportunities and converting them into successful partnerships.
• Nurture Ongoing Relationships: Establish and cultivate long-term relationships with retailers, returning each year to secure new orders and reinforce our brand presence.
• Revitalize Customer Relationships: Work to reignite interest from inactive customers, fostering renewed engagement and loyalty.

What We're Looking For:

• Sales Experience: Bring a minimum of 4 years of corporate sales experience, demonstrating a track record of success.
• Strong Communication Skills: Articulate, persuasive, and able to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Enthusiasm and Drive: Approach each task with energy and determination, striving to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
• Analytical Thinking: Possess strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to drive business growth.
• Collaborative Spirit: Work well within a team environment, contributing ideas and supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Comfortable using Excel and Outlook to manage data and communications efficiently.
• Tech-Savvy and Adaptable: Demonstrate a strong aptitude for learning and utilizing technology to enhance sales efforts and provide exceptional support to both new and existing customers.

Compensation:

• Salary: $42,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year ($18.25 per hour base plus commission) Please note: Hourly rate is provided as a base, with unlimited earning potential through commission.
