- Develop and implement nursing policies, objectives, and initiatives
- Oversee all nursing personnel across the organization
- Review nursing operations to maintain standards of care
- Advise medical staff and Program Managers on nursing-related matters
- Set nursing goals to support agency objectives
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Active Louisiana RN license
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Substance Abuse/Psychiatry
- Current CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in EHR software
- Ability to work independently
