Salary : $55,000 - $71,000 plus an additional bonus

Focus : The HR Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition and Compliance team. This position ensures all pieces of the pre-employment and onboarding processes are executed efficiently and effectively for new hires and that a consistent customer service experience is provided to internal and external customers.
This role will be involved in team projects and goals such as college recruiting, record management, audits, etc. Qualified candidate must be able to successfully work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and display a high level of tact and integrity at all times.
HR Administrative Assistant Essential Job Functions :
- Assist with and / or conduct pre-employment and onboarding processes
- Compose routine documents and correspondence using Microsoft Office Product software
- Collect, assemble, and process information from identified sources as directed using systems for human resources information and document storage
- Maintain confidential records and files
- Research a wide variety of information requests independently
- Perform general office management support
HR Administrative Assistant Minimum Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree* or higher in Business or Office Administration is preferred
- 2 years administrative support experience; 5 years strongly preferred
- Preferred experience to include : Human Resources administrative supportBackground processing Applicant Tracking Software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) ; advanced proficiency with Excel strongly preferred
- Must demonstrate an attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Professional demeanor and ability to interface with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
