About the role:
OLIVER is hiring an Account Manager to work as part of our team with clients located in Charlotte, NC (with remote locations across the US). As an Account Manager, you will manage the development and execution of creative work and ensure projects run smoothly. The position is client-facing and managed by the team Account Director.

What you will be doing:
- Evaluate and edit creative briefs received from the client to ensure all support teams have a clear scope of work required
- Work with the creative team to ensure the creative is accomplishing objectives as outlined in the brief
- Manage the flow of projects through the planning and design phases, which includes creating timelines, schedules, resource plans and cost management/budgeting
- Gather and manage creative assets as necessary, trafficking final assets when necessary
- Support the Account Director in ensuring the quality of work and timeliness of deliverables for all projects, as well as managing day-to-day tasks requirements for the team, including holiday and general admin work
What you need to be great in this role:
- Exposure working in a client-facing capacity, from handling client queries to developing full and conclusive creative briefs
- At least 4 years of account management experience in overseeing development and production of print, video and social/digital assets
- An ambitious mindset with professional maturity
- Be highly organized, detail oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and listening skills, strong administrative skills
- Be team-oriented and collaborative with the ability to problem-solve proactively and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
