We have an opening for an Account Manager to work with one of our financial services clients.
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal part in running, growing, and developing a client account. In this role, you will ensure the smooth running of social, digital and video projects through our team. You will receive, assign, and project manage client requests within Workfront and you will ensure that work is assigned to appropriate staff. You will maintain internal timelines and ultimately deliver to client for official approval or change requests.
What you will be doing:
- Manage the flow of projects through design and artwork, creating timelines, schedules, project plans, resource planning and managing costs and budgets
- Responsible for managing resource allocation and producing monthly information reports
- Develop and maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all projects and their status using our workflow management technology
- Manage the system for obtaining client feedback in a structured manner, reporting any concerns or creative and/or growth opportunities to the Account Director
- Identify and troubleshoot workflow or asset management system concerns
What you need to be great in this role:
- 3 years of experience working on social, digital and video projects
- Degree or equivalent in related field
- Exposure working in a client facing capacity, from handling client queries, to taking full and conclusive briefs
- Highly organized and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment handling multiple priorities and projects at a time
- Excellent communication and listening skills, strong administrative skills
- Must be team-oriented and collaborative with the ability to problem-solve proactively and deal with multiple priorities
- Fluency and excellent written English (knowledge of professional level or conversational French is a plus)
