Job Overview:Our marketplace team is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a result-driven eCommerce Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving online sales with operational excellence. As an eCommerce Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our online presence and maximizing sales across leading platforms such as Walmart, TikTok, and more!
You’ll bring a blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution to manage our marketplace accounts and build strong partnerships with both internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies, including listing optimization, inventory replenishment, and advertising, to boost sales across eCommerce marketplaces.
- Create account health and sales plan reports covering sales performance, competitor analysis, and other key metrics to drive actions.
- Utilize crawler tools and Google Analytics to gather insights on ranking, traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Manage and optimize product listings, keywords, images, and content on various eCommerce platforms to maximize visibility and sales.
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and marketplace trends to identify and act on growth opportunities.
- Design and manage promotional campaigns, including deals, discounts, coupons, and sponsored ads, to drive sales and engagement.
- Ensure adherence to marketplace policies and guidelines to maintain account ranking and active status.
- Work effectively with teams across China, the Philippines, and the US, ensuring seamless alignment with Content, Design, Product Development, and IT.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing eCommerce marketplace accounts with a strong track record of increasing sales and profitability. (Required)
- In-depth knowledge of marketplace platforms and tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, ChannelAdvisor, Google Analytics).
- Capacity to translate complex business processes into structured, actionable rules to optimize decision-making and workflows quickly.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with international teams across different time zones.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining solid relationships.
