Summary
The Customer Billing Coordinator supports the business by establishing and maintaining a positive and productive relationship with the company's clients regarding Receivables/Billing. He or She will do this by reviewing field reports for work completed and compiling the information into invoices with the proper back up for the customers. He or she will also resolve any discrepancies or other issues in a timely manner. This position requires professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. He or She must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, primarily Excel and possess strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Specific Requirements:
-Conversion of field reporting into article-level billing format as per customer requirements.
-Creating and submitting invoices to customers
-Compiling necessary back up for customer invoices
-Submitting invoices in customer systems
-Research and solve payment discrepancies
-Make adjustments to invoices as necessary
-Resolving invoices that are rejected
