Olshan Foundation Solutions is looking for a dynamic Office Manager who is extremely well organized, a natural leader and enjoys a challenge. Someone who has fantastic communication skills and experience with customer service and handling a wide range of administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Oversee Administrative support staff and onboard new hires
- Communicate with customers
- Accurately invoice jobs as they are produced and post payments and deposits as they are received
- Efficiently prepare and make bank deposits as required
- Enter payables into QuickBooks and ensure timely payment of bills
- Oversee time-keeping procedures with office staff and production personnel
- Submit payroll on a bi-weekly basis
- Manage, maintain, and secure all personnel files
- Generate weekly reports
Requirements
- 2-3 years recent Office Manager experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar
- Previous payroll and/or accounting experience
- Functional understanding of QuickBooks and MS Office Suite
- Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a favorable background and pass a pre-employment drug test
